Food allergies are nothing to play around with. I want you and your family to be as safe as possible while trying out my recipes. It’s important that you make sure that all ingredients used are safe for your particular allergy. If you need something to be from a dedicated facility, use that in your recipe rather than my suggestion. Please check the labels on your foods to see if there are issues with them. When in doubt, contact the manufacturer for a detailed list of ingredients or information as to how and where the item is processed. Also check with your doctor before trying something that may be in question and if a food is completely new to you, try a small amount and wait for a reaction before you proceed.
All of the recipes, photos and ideas expressed at Allergic to Air are the intellectual property of me, unless noted. If I get my recipe from someone else and I did not change it, I will link to their site. I will even link to a recipe if I use it as an inspiration. Feel free to use these recipes for personal use. You can even pass them along to others and I only ask for a little link love. The allergy free community has a lot of challenges to face, so it’s important that we stick together and not try to undercut others’ ideas.
