This was the very first place I visited after my PCP referred me for my chronic upper respiratory and sinus infections (think 1 every 5-6 weeks!). I started on an immunotherapy program for all of my indoor and outdoor allergies 5 years ago and I had my tonsils and adenoids out as well as having my turbinates reduced and my deviated septum repaired about a year ago. I cannot believe the difference! Dr. Kakarlapudi is a great doctor…and not just because he’s from Missouri! He is quick to use more natural remedies like saline rinses and gargles and really does hold off on surgery until it is absolutely unavoidable. We are currently seeing him for Lydia’s ear issues as well.

Allergic to Air is all the doing of The Budget Mommy. I blame this all on her! I don’t even remember how we started talking about me doing a blog, but she talked me into it and here I am! Pretty good for a cyber friend that I’ve never met in real life! And I may or may not have even had one of my very own recipes featured on her blog! Her site has lots of great deals and she sifts through some of the junk deals and only lets you know about the good stuff. Since the birth of her second child, she has suffered from gluten and rice intolerance, so she hooks us up with some allergy free deals now and then! Go check her out!
